Enrollment Fee: Waived when you sign a 1 year agreement. $50 individual, $75 couple, $100 family.
*Child Care: Included if child is being paid for on membership – otherwise – $30/Unlimited monthly per child OR $5 drop in.
Annual Facility Maintenance Fee:Â $40 charged to membership account 90 days after joining & yearly thereafter.
Please note:Â A $5 credit convenience fee will be added to your monthly billing. This fee will be waived if you elect to use ACH (checking account routing and account number) for your method of payment.
