30,000 square feet, beautifully designed, and loaded with more equipment than any gym in Southern Oregon.

What are the hours of operation?

Fully Staffed Monday-Friday 5am-10pm, Saturday 7am-9pm Sunday 8am-8pm 24 hour access available.
