Classes are FREE for all paying members. Children must be seven years of age and listed on the membership information to participate in youth classes.

Class descriptions

Warrior Rhythm: Fitness focused functional training with rebel yoga undertones. Increase strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination! ***All levels***

Strength & Conditioning: Includes cardio, body weight, and weightlifting exercises, giving you a range of strengthening, balance and cardiovascular fitness. Timed intervals and HIIT training incorporated throughout. ***Intermediate to advanced***

Cycle: Designed to build strength, power, cardiovascular, endurance, and community! Energetic and motivating playlists with generations of rocking music to keep you engaged as the time flies by. ***All levels***

Butts and Guts: This signature format is designed to target your glutes and core. An intense class that incorporates exercises for lengthening and strengthening those mid-body muscles. Challenging exercises focused on building core strength, endurance and flexibility. ***All levels***

Yoga: Experience yoga with a focus on flowing sequences that enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. Our classes emphasize mindfulness and breathing to guide you through each movement. Designed for all levels, we help you build strength and flexibility, regardless of your starting point. ***All levels***

Dance Cardio:  Get moving with our dance-based fitness program that mixes high and low intensity to maximize calorie burn and boost cardio endurance. Strengthen your core and more, all while having fun in an energetic, supportive environment. ***All levels***

Strength and Mobility: Is a class designed to build strength and improve mobility through intentional, controlled movements. Focused on time under tension and explosiveness to enhance stability, flexibility, and overall functional strength to support your everyday movement and performance.

Functional Strength: Experience a full-body workout that challenges every major muscle group. Using dumbbells, resistance equipment, and bodyweight, this class emphasizes muscular endurance, strength, and balance. It targets small stabilizing muscles to support joints and improve overall stability. Give your body a workout it will love and feel the benefits long after you leave the gym. ***All levels***

Lift: Maximize your strength with this total body workout using dumbbells and barbells. Designed for functional weightlifting, this class aims to boost muscle mass and strength for everyday activities. Enjoy building muscle in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. ***All levels***

Active Adult: Enhance your daily life with our low-impact class designed for seniors and those with limited mobility.
